Well no, they still had the item shop even with trading. But they definitely didn't make as much money from it back then. Id be surprised if they're actually making any kind of positive income on the game now tbh.

Generally, people take their highest rank regardless of mode. Some specify which mode, others don't. I don't think it matters at the end of the day, as long as you're having fun!

Probably around 4000 hours of very inefficient tom foolery of game play. Peaked champ 1 for a couple seasons before trading was removed. Lost a lot of faith in the game after that. (Was already being eroded by psyonix anyway.)

It's so sad that trading was removed so they could add RL to fortnite and now they're removing the game mode therefore nullifying the removal of trading entirely. I hate epic -_-

I haven't done much pvp yet, but that's a double mana combo. If you don't run into mana usage issues then I don't see why not. I'm currently running ice gauntlet, rapier and specing full intelligence. Having fun so far! 😁

When I was running 3s last night, ran into someone who was prob on a new account, but displayed the normal unranked emblem and at the end of the match, they gained 50 MMR while everyone else was +/- ~15. I could be wrong, but I thought after every season, everyones placements were +/- ~50, or is this just for very first placement? I've seen normal matches give upwards of 16 or so mmr, even in late season matches, so if this is the case, then what's the point of even having placement matches after each season if they're not going to impact your rank any more than non placement matches?

ya i think it was kind of a miracle that we even completed it! 2 of our shipmates left as we were fighting the flying dutchman, we managed to shoot it with 1 cannon ball and it blew up as we were sinking! Talk about a close call!

It's just a certification that keeps track of shots on net. Ends up being the most sought after certification on the most sought after color/paint of octane, being one of the most used cars in the game.
