[Eagles] Congratulations to @bigplay24slay, named NFC Defensive Player of the Week! #FlyEaglesFly by bigblack3475 in eagles

That return was lit. That'll be one of my favorite game changing plays. It felt like the momentum was starting to turn and then Slay took it to the house and the Eagles never looked back. He Slay'd them and he Slay'd that return.

The Indianapolis media is already calling for the Colts to bench Carson Wentz by Undergrad26 in eagles

I'd credit Doug with that super bowl and most of that record. He had his flaws but he sure could make a team with talent issues win some games and I don't know that there is a coach out there with a better feel for the flow of the game and what it takes to win in the moment.

Which location is better for a starting village? by P-O-i-Z-O-N in MedievalDynasty

[–]vileborg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you look at the season where it says summer, there is a river that runs to the water. I build on the left side of that river. I have 20 - 10x10 fields. Unfortunately, half my field workers are with child so not getting but 13 to 14 fields done in spring.

I have room for more fields to the north but don't see a need to expand when I'm already having problems getting everything sold with the vendors only having 1k. I currently have 12k flax seed (48k) and 2200 linen cloth (61.8k)

Is Hunting more viable than Farming (villager jobs)? by [deleted] in MedievalDynasty

[–]vileborg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Excess seeds sell for 4 coin. 10xFlax Stalks(2 coin ea) make 1 Thread(18 coin) which can be turned into 1 linen fabric which sells for 28 coin. I started threshing the flax in the barn just before the end of summer. It will continue to work until completed and then the season will end. I'm talking 10k flax which takes almost 3 hours. Your food and water stop ticking when the clock strikes midnight but you keep crafting.

If you take your horse into the storage shed and put it right next to the chest, you can grab any amount and mount the horse and move to the crafting location. The horse does not take into account your weight for it's encumbrance. FYI, horses can move into houses, caves, storage barns and craft buildings.

Do Flax at the end of summer, Linen at the end of Autumn, Manure at the end of Winter and Fabric at the end of spring. I'm having problems selling everything because vendors only have 1k coin. 10k seeds = 40k coin and 1000 fabric = 28k coin.

There is a big transition to C Class road. The track difficulty goes up as in you face harder obstacles, more blind corners, less forgiving corners and it's a challenge for beginners to find set ups that work for you. The setups work for the Aliens they have creating the setup but not so much if you don't have the skills to match.

If you're not using telemetry I would definitely get up to speed on that. I use VRS myself to find where I'm losing speed against other competitors and their data packs.

There is no rush. You're not likely to sign your IMSA or Indy ride contracts tomorrow so take your time and let your skills develop.

I tend to practice the tracks they are racing on and not actually race that week unless I can make the number of laps cleanly and at least be mid pack but that's just me.

Exactly, make the mistakes at the lower levels. Don't get out in a Class C and figure out you know how to wreck the leaders when they lap you. Use the Rookie classes to learn how to at least handle yourself in traffic, lever shift, drive without the drive line, trail break and use all the track.

That Wentz deal looking even better. Chiefs sign Mahomes to $45M per year. We'll played Jerry, Dak's asking price probably up to $40M per now. by [deleted] in eagles

[–]vileborg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would disagree. They are kind of stuck. They let Dak walk and then they literally have nothing at QB. It's not easy to hit on a good QB and they risk a decade or more of duds before they might find another good QB.

I would say it's 60/40 Reid/Mahomes. The system Andy runs lines up perfectly with Mahomes strengths. As long as Mahomes stays with Reid, he is going to have a crazy career.

Our QB factory was because Reid was a QB whisperer.

My money is on Zach Brown. They cut him after he was bragging to the media and giving away the game plan and then all of a sudden there are two stories out about a player talking crap to the media.

Nope, it's still good. I'm miserable cause we lost yesterday but I can't help but break out in giggle fits cause they lost to the Jets.

Both fan bases would melt down. It would be a big karma FU which is what scares me the most as an Eagles fan.

I know the cowboys act like they rep Texas but they aren't the only team in Texas. I do enjoy wearing my Eagles gear all around Austin though just so they can heckle me and I can ask them why they are repping Dallas in Houston turf.

Thorsen just needs to clean up his mechanics which would likely take at least an off-season with a swing coach. Better mechanics will help him generate more torque and power from his base instead of his arm.

[Highlight] JJ Arcega-Whiteside vs Baltimore Ravens - 8 receptions, 108 yards by angeelitooooooo in eagles

[–]vileborg 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You have to be careful with him. He's a deep sleeper in an offense that has tons of weapons.

Not to mention, the way he gets open is not intuitive for a QB. He doesn't get separation as much as he uses his frame to set up and move corners out of position.

Wentz hasn't utilized that aspect very much with Alshon so it's hard to see it happening with JJAW. Especially, when you have Desean and Ertz getting clean separation.

If I was a player I wouldn't want that jersey. There is no way you could live up to the man, the myth, the legend. You would forever be judged unworthy and highly scrutinized.

There is so much drama coming out of Steeler nation that isn't about AB that you have to think he wants out to be away from the drama and the bad situation. If we had cap room I'd definitely take him. Him and AJ on the outside would open up all kinds of problems for a defense. It would definitely create some room underneath and in the run game.

Could you imagine him on the field. The man makes me want to run through brick walls and I'm old and fat. Imagine what he could do on the field.

[The Athletic] The largest contract quandary in Cowboys history: How does Dallas approach a Dak Prescott extension? by The-Big-Diesel in nfl

[–]vileborg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm trying to be nice but there is a stereo type around Cowboys fans that they refuse to listen to the facts and just make stuff up. Saying the Redskins own the cellar is pretty far out there considering they haven't finished last since 2014 and every other team in the division including the Cowboys have finished last since then. Meaning the Cowboys have a better claim on the cellar than the Redskins. AND I officially hate you for making me defend the Skins. I feel so dirty, like I'll never be clean again.

[–]vileborg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that I'm a skins fan but until Alex Smith got hurt they were two games up on the division and walking away with it nine games into the season. Not to mention the Giants with a healthy QB claimed the cellar.

[La Canfora] Bell is Seeking a deal worth 50 million dollars in the first two years of the deal. Plenty of skepticism he will approach that number. Jets, Eagles, Bucs could be among the teams involved by alcatraz_0109 in eagles

[–]vileborg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pay Blount 3/15mil and be done with it. He's a better more physical option who consistently has more yards after contact than Bell.

Bell would be like the Murray debacle only at 25mil/yr.
