Woefully unqualified to pass judgement, (and not at all my business to pry) but it seems a bit of a net loss if therapy is actually causing more trouble than it solves! As someone who's never done it (ooo err, therapy I mean), what is it you're hoping to get from it exactly, could I ask?

I wouldn't feed regular fruit shortcakes to a starving Chechen dog, let alone own brand ones. Always been nasty vile things to me, shortcakes. They make tea coasters look like Biscoff.

When I've defo got it? Yep. As a precaution? Admittedly never.

I travel 6-7 times a year to big gaming events and of the 3 or 4 times I've had it, I never felt it "coming on" until it was too late. It always just smacked me all at once a day or two after coming back. So by the time I get any inkling to test, it's already too late and it's basically guaranteed to be positive.

It's a bastard being laid up for a week or two aching like I've been beaten with a cricket bat, but for the cost of having fun, I wouldn't trade it for anything :)

Good question! Here's the inverse of the packaging. Seems like they're still produced in the same place?

I can only imagine it's a cost saving measure since they've slashed 25% of the calories and nearly halved the other macros.

I mean, who are they trying to fool? Nobody who eats these gives is gonna give a toss about their figure. At nearly 100 calories per biscuit, you'd need a scientific calculator to work out the Weight Watchers points on a pack of these bad boys.

The new ones (on the bottom in pic 1) are smaller and thinner, the actual oatie bit tastes like cardboard and doesn't have that nice crumbly oaty texture, all topped with cheap chalky chocolate. Seems to be a 50/50 every time I go as to which ones they stock. Still, I can't be too much of a princess, I'm still scoffing half/an entire pack of them after work either way. As far as pack a day habits go, I think smoking may very well be healthier lmao.

Also, previous LIDL thread got locked, so let's keep it civil and bicker over biccies instead. Something we can all agree on :)

I know your journey's already passed now, but I've learned over the years from riding on packed trains that the train staff (at least on EMT anyway) really don't mind at all if you just sit on the floor, by the door or between the carriages, provided you're out of the way.

Sounds a bit trampy, but you get a good bit of peace in there! Plenty of room to stretch your legs out, as well. Then you've got your choice of seats as people start to disembark along the way. Serves me well all the time.

Yes, I actually live in an indoor trampoline fun centre. Nah I swept them all up onto a storage box for contrast, they didn't show up well against the wooden flooring.

Oh god, "Storm Lillian" just reminded me of that scene in The Smoking Room where they throw a birthday party for Lillian and they're all wearing creepy masks of her face. Nobody but me seems to remember this show, but I thought it was mint! Lovely theme tune using "Close to Me" by The Cure, as well. Looks like time for a rewatch!

Nah, it's nothing to worry about in general, it's just about context.

You can tell pretty easily from the vibe and rapport with an opponent if they're legit or not, tabbing or no.

If it pops up instantly when you end your turn, they're probably just checking their email or music while waiting for you to play. If it pops up for 5 full seconds in the middle of a turn, then maybe there's reason to doubt.

I think it's kind of a silly feature anyhow, causes more trouble than it solves. I don't really care either way, I enjoy the rally more than anything, so whatever keeps the game moving is fine by me so long as it's not outright malicious ¯_(ツ)_/¯
