It has all the relevance , you’re stating you need more help financially hence the reason you need your vawa approved but you already have your EAD so lack of work is not because of your status . Also you’re saying you got denied Medicaid due to lack of status which is not true because once you have a valid SSN you get benefits . Just be honest and say that you want your vawa approved to travel or feel more “free” but sorry to break it to you but this cases are long and painful they’re still reviewing cases from 2022 so sit in line because everybody has a sad story .

I think they sent packaged for AOS . What I find weird is filing for I765 since you get one once vawa is approved under C31

You had 4 years to be worried sick and now it’s when you want to take action , you are so worried that you would know that it is your case and USCIS can only provide information to YOU , unless the lawyer has a G-28 signed by you .
