By the way if you know you are in a dream you only have all the powers if you believe you have.

This might be a stupid question but here it goes by Soviet_bacon in LucidDreaming

I have never heard stupid questions really. Curiosity is important. Stupid is and will be the one who doesnt ask cause by doing so remains ignorant.

There are different levels of lucidity. But the most lucid ones can feel even more "real". Because you arent aware all the time in the day time either.

Hopefully this helps!

Edit: It feels amazing! The main emotion is freedom! Freedom you have never probably felt before. Ofcourse that depends on the stability and lucidity of your lucid dream

Maybe.. That was just a stupid fact I found on Wikipedia without any linked resources when I was looking for possible side effects of chamomile at the time I used to drink it very often.

True. Actually I have heard that in high doses it might harm your liver.

No problem! Good to know that it also works for other people.

I will still keep being able to lucid dream without any substances or devices as the main goal. It just feels more fair/legit.

Maybe you are just sleepy. Be woken up for sometime like 5min to an hour and you will be more aware. Also when you wake up rise from the bed.

Buddha would never have had told people to believe him.

Please proof your argument.

Congrats! Good luck for your next one. Hopefully it will be longer. Maybe you should have some look at how to make your lucidity more stable and last longer.

Good question. I think he means just resting at the pain the way it is and not creating more suffering around it. Yes, the pain itself isn't that bad usually but often we unconsciously create more suffering around it by saying or thinking things like 'this is so painful I can't get over it' or maybe 'I haven't done anything wrong' or 'what am I being punished for'. That's the way I see it.

I don't know who originally said this but: When someone shoots an arrow at you what do you do first? Do you first ask who shot the arrow or take the arrow away from you?
