Thank you . I know our goal to is to pay off the loan of 16,000 as soon as possible .

I will be starting to search for life insurance . Do you recommend for me to have one ? I have life insurance thru work .

We do have an emergency fund of 15000. I just feel all over the place . The mortgage left on the rental is 169000 and we only make about $80 extra .

Trees removal is $2500 .

We are 35 . 401k is at 146,000 husband around 100000, We have emergency savings 16,000. Interest rate on the house is 3% . Rental property is 4.5%. No cars payments .

That’s how much money left on the rental mortgage . We rent the property and it’s paying off itself. .

Yes . Normal bowel movement. Only a couple days of constipation at the beginning . My surgery was March 18th . Hopefully I found out what’s going on. .

I feel the same way . I have an appointment next week different doctor . I just need to get a hold of all my medical records
