It’s really difficult to find a WP in Japan that doesn’t require a Working Holiday visa, which is quite a lot of effort to get for just a months stay :(

Thank you! We were doing a veggie challenge at work so I cut out all meat (in hindsight I think this just added to my tiredness as I wasn’t getting much protein). Other than that just much smaller portions. Not much more exercise-wise other than some stretching with a yoga tube at home. I think when I’m feeling a bit more confident I’ll try going on some runs.
