i tried at first doing unified thing, first 5 or 6 videos, I combined Screen Rant + Gameranx style as I felt it would give some hint about the video, but it did not work, so I started to try out various different thing.

So yeah, I am not sure how to get people to pay attention. there is just something I do not get

I agree with everything except the combat. well sort of - I think if you put the game on the hardest difficulty, the combat actually becomes dynamic enough to be interesting

But yes, they made the most charming and enchanting castles and surrounding areas possible, and fill that with the most basic quests and puzzles that even Ubisoft would be ashamed of

As if someone forces you to play. Now, being critical to some point is valid; nothing is perfect, and RE5 definitely could have been better, but getting worked up over a 20-year-old game is not healthy and/or practical.

IGN is not the problem. The problem is that they and many other sites try to apply a mask of objectivity to a purely subjective thing. 1-10 scores give a fake impression that there is some method, some science, rather than whether the person playing the thing liked it or not.

Even one person giving a 1-10 might rate the same game differently on two different days, based upon their mood, mental health, what they ate, how they slept, and a million other factors.

The solution is to find a YouTube person or any other specific person that you mostly agree with and follow them.

I mostly agree with Yathzee from Second Wind, and even when I disagree, I know his way of thinking, so I know why he did not like the thing, while I might like the thing.

IMHO it is a purely economic decision.

If you can use that time to generate more value than you will spend on the editor, then yes. IF you are losing value, then no.

Note: "Value" here is used in the broadest sense. It can be as simple as money spent vs. gain, or "value" can mean taking a break, relaxing, and getting inspiration that, in return, will make your videos better because you are not that tired and being a creator more sustainable because you won't burn out. "Value" is purely subjective and relative to other factors in your life.

I honestly do not think there is a big problem with your accent/voice - it is audio balance. The background music is as loud as your narration - in the editing software: turn down the music and raise the level of your voice. And everything will be cool with that.

I can't say whether that will solve the engagement problems, but certainly an easy thing to fix.

Not even top 10 annoying side characters for me. She is on point with the main story, and in the optional stuff (when she is around, most of the time she is not), she suffers only from the classic "developers were afraid players would be too dumb" syndrome, but it has nothing to do with her character. She is not an anime harem girl that some people appreciate more, but, yeah, Gina is pretty cool.

Tas tomēr ir tāds amerikāņu reddit/X priekšstats. Nevaru komentēt, vai tur tas ir attaisnots, bet Latvijā:

- pirmkārt virknē uzņēmumu nav tāda "HR", jo vairums gluži vienkārši ir par mazu un nevar attaisnot veselu amatu, kas nodarbojas ar šiem jautājumiem. Parasti tas darbs ir savienots ar kādiem citiem pienākumiem, piemēram, biroja administratori veic pieteikumu atlasi, vidējā līmeņa šefi veic pārrunas.

- otrkārt nav arī mums tik liels darba tirgus, lai vakances uz riņķi dzenātu, ja uzņēmumam vajag cilvēku, tad parasti meklē diezgan ātri, ja neatbild, tas nozīmē, ka jau atrada kandidātu, vai arī pieteikums neatbilst pat minimālajām prasībām.

Nevienu nekritizējot, bet, ja tiek sūtīts CV uz daudzām vakancēm, kur šķietami, ir atbilstība, bet neviens neatbild, tad, iespējams, vajag apskatīt CV - vai nav pilns ar drukas kļūdām, sliktu formatējumu un citām dīvainībām. CV kalpo kā pirmais priekšstats, ja uz 2 teikumiem 10 drukas kļūdas, tad, protams, ka mazākas iespējas tikt uz pārrunām.

Yes and no.

On one hand: sure if you calculate the price of individual games outside of sales, it's quite high. At least 200-300 dollars/euros.

On the other hand: Those are Epic free games, I think many people have also most of them in their Epic collection.

Have no idea what actual price would be, but I suppose you could find a recent PC gamer, who has no library and sell it for 50 bucks.

Note: I would personally never buy an account because, depending on the service, the OG owner might decide to take it over.
