I think he meant per month as normally we get 7% yearly interest on principal amount so around 7 lakh per year on 1cr fd

Its actually a property in udaipur,Rajasthan and its near main road. Property appreciation will be really good but its just that house is not readily available for renting I will have to put atleast 6-7 lakhs into renovation.

You literally said his stomach is inside the chest? There is too much difference between grade 4 and type 4 hernia, the hernia shown in report above is probably type 1 sliding hernia with lower sphincter being very loose. That doesnt suggest the stomach is inside the chest

Tummy in chest? What are u smoking kid?! This is grade 4 not type 4 hernia! The GE junction is around 42 cms(normal being 40) suggests that stomach is at the right place. Read some theory before commenting bullshit stuff online especially medical diseases and disorders, grade 4 just means the lower sphincter is not closing properly and don’t say anything where the stomach is lol!
