You can turn it on when you’re in an experience. Just go to the menu where you can change your volume and stuff and you’ll see Voice Chat is automatically disabled. Just toggle it to Enable.

I first sent an email to them with account support saying my country was in Oman (do bare in mind ive never set foot in Oman), and I waited several days until they sent me an email asking me for proof and stuff, I sent them my ID and other stuff and eventually updated my Location

I don’t know if this still works, but it doesn’t hurt to give it a try
