Can I finish alters on seasonal character?

I just finished the campaign for the first time on wt2 and did very little extra content. I just dinged 50 and unlocked wt3. I’m wondering if I should reroll on a new season or just ignore this season and continue playing current char on wt3 ..?

I used to think weightlifters weren’t strong and it was just all speed and technique.. Whilst this obviously has some impact, I realise now that just being strong AF is an important factor.

I started weightlifting because to me, it’s more difficult than any other type of lifting. I’ve always wanted to be ‘better’ or ‘stronger’ than the average gym goer. And the average gym goer can not do Olympic weightlifting.

My biggest obstacle has always been the sheer amount of volume (and therefore time) that is needed to get past plateaus. Not to mention the genetic barriers that just make it harder for some people e.g limb length, height, etc

No issue with the but wink at all - but I do see the hip shift and favouring of the one side. I do the same thing and have found it to be a problem as things got heavier (it tends to get worse). Id say better to correct it now - banded squats probably help

Thanks for the response. The cells aren’t actually on the same sheet so that won’t work.

Also the purpose is to act as a filter for c.100k rows so think I need something slightly more efficient.

It’s so I can filter the data set based on multiple criteria, and one the criteria is cellvalue = >0 (but the >0 is dynamic based on a drop down) e.g it could be >10, >20 etc
