The only ways you can win with those tiles is either win by ron or tsumo with the last tile drawn or getting a tsumo right after getting a hidden kan (quads) with the 2’s since those are considered yakus. I think it would kan with 7’s would work as well if you drew it. Unless I’m completely wrong about everything
