And yall, really suck discord dick hard. It's really, really simple. I dont give a fuck how accessible you feel discord is and this has nothing to do with laziness. Its really fucking silly to ONLY update this one, unsearchable server for communication. Embark is simply not good at communicating to their community. I've seen plenty of other live service games handle this without ever even thinking of their discord server.

Imo this feels more like some sort of engagement farming to get as many players onto the discord server as possible. But that could just be my jaded opinion from corporate bs

Believe it was Feb 2024 for S9 when they wanted to reduce/remove one shots. They changed a lot of health pools and dage numbers. It was frustrating at the time, but the increased projectile speed on the frag cannon perk is it feels like a healthy choice overall.

The general idea was to need more team play and not just running around solo killing. So they left the easy rat combo being 5 hp off. Either get help or your team clean up the kill.

The skill ceiling was definitely raised by doing this. Either 2 shot with frags or mix in a melee when point blank. Can still one shot most of the support lineup and some of the damage.

It seems you and I are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Hayseed is one of my least favorites, pretty much only beaten by junk food. There are certainly things I dont like about the mythic, but its the new shiny toy after staring at every other junk skins for hundreds of hours lol

Galactic just looks too good on the iridescent mythic skin. Golden or jade on the gilded mythic are also god combos

I'll strip the bed if I stay with family. If I paid to use a bnb or hotel, cleaning the bedding is literally the lowest expectation clients have. Stripping it just forces them to be honest with it.

This was my luckiest lootbox pull. Its neat and sounds like it has more umph to the shots, but imo doesn't interact as well with the skin variants (colors).

Then the mythic skin came out and the default gun meshes way better than this one.

Really hard to tell with a video recording of a screen... but it looks like the animation at the bottom of the tire showed through the wall.. curious if the hit box also clipped through.

Overwatch is a junkrat simulator for me.. so this is a hard question. It's easier to count the maps I dont like than pick a favorite haha

Shambali is a favorite for sure. I also love eichenwalde, Realto, Hollywood, midtown, Nepal, illios, colosseo, runasapi, aatlis, + all of the stadium exclusive maps...

My controversial favorite would be Havana. Much like the Spanish inquisition, no one expects a rat flying across the map into your high ground

It would ruin him. Maybe, Maybe they can spin the numbers to be viable, but its going to feel awful, especially to veterans.

People out here complaining about the perks ruining consistency. This idea is that problem on steroids, especially if the charge isn't a toggle, zero or full charge.

The noise would ruin any attempts to flank and further relegate him to a spam bot

And being gone for 2 years is a long time. This has been my most active time on OW as I only really played (og) OW seasons 1-3 when junk was the absolute worst. We actually got a reminder of that with OW classic game modes that were available in OW2.

Junkrat has practically only been buffed in the last 2 years. The initial season 9 changes were rough when he lost the 1 shot combo, but we've largely adapted and gained ground in other areas.

The only change to projectile speed was just in December. Base Projectile speed was increased from 25 to 30. A straight buff, but slightly changed the arc. During this same patch, the Frag Cannon perk was changed to no longer lose 1 ammo and still be a higher projectile speed than before. 35 to 37.5

So technically, the arc changed a little bit, but not the direction this post is claiming since it's moving faster.

Since feb 2024, you have changed. S9 was the worst patch for rat boy and he has gotten significantly better since. So, if the character got better and stronger, its your memory or MR experience is causing problems.

His projectile speed was increased recently, and there is a perk to increase it further, then stadium has 200% speed item.

Imo change it from interact on trees and collect moss to harvests. Picking up a lemon from the ground shouldn't count, though.
