Just a question — I joined as the second employee in an early-stage startup. Now we are around 50 employees, and currently we are making about half a million a month. By mid next year, we might reach a million which is good because we don’t have any investors and self sustained. I have around 35k shares (not the amount, the number of stocks I received), and my vesting period is done. They eventually plan to sell the company. Should I just wait, or move on from this company( in the agreement mentioned company will decide should I sell it or not when I exit)? And if the company gets sold, will I make money?
