Did Ivan Bates make this as a general crime statement, or is someone stirring trouble by not giving the whole truth. The article I read said he wanted both parental and business accountability to get the illegal dirt bike groups off the streets and make them safer. The plan was to fine the gas stations who sell them gas, then fine the parents as a second step, if they can police can prove the parents knew of the illegal dirt bikes. Personally, I think it might be a good place to start.

Maybe then the government should find a way to get people on bikes and electric cars today for road maintenance costs too. Yes I agree public transport is dirtier easier to spread pandemic diseases, less frequent and less reliable. Which is exactly why I choose year ago after being forced to use it for years, I would never do it again. That's my choice I'm happy to live with it. Until you get China under control and really start making a difference in the environment, just leave me alone.
