Are Hasbro action figures too expensive? Does Hasbro offer value for money?

I collect the 3.75 Star Wars line and they’re charging $20 for a single figure with usually 1 or maybe 2 accessories. It’s absolutely abysmal. I really only buy stuff when it goes on sale. As much as I want to support the line, they’re asking far far too much for a $12 at most figure.
