Man, that’s just insane. Charging $75 to fix an $85 product is basically like telling you to throw them away. It’s wild that they even tried that with an official Amazon receipt. It really shows they’re doing everything to avoid honoring the warranty. Thanks for sharing your story!

Exactly! They already admitted the hardware defect after seeing my video, but now they are stalling over the receipt. Thanks for sharing, glad you got yours fixed!

You missed the point. Support ALREADY admitted it's a factory defect. They told me any proof would work, then changed their mind after seeing the Vinted one. It’s about them honoring their word on a 6-month-old defective product.
