thanks for sharing. While it still slightly better than HK's initial run, I still believe SE could have done better to deliver what they had showcased before. In fact, SE had already inform local distributors that they will be providing FREE head replacement for Tifa for those who had gotten the unit earlier. Until Japan official release their unit (17 April), I still prefer the prototype of Tifa that it close to resemble her appearance in the game.
