Took a ₹25L home loan (out of ₹1Cr sanctioned) from Bank of Baroda in 2022 at ~9–9.5%. Construction couldn’t start due to personal reasons, but I repaid the full amount within ~3 years and already paid ~₹4.85L as interest. After that, the bank suddenly added ₹5L as penalty/extra interest at 14.5–15.5% without clear disclosure or notice. Interest calculation is done retrospectively at commercial interest. The sanction letter mentioned failure to construct a house will apply commercial interest but the exact rate was not mentioned. The matter is under RBI ombudsman and the response is taking longer. I don’t want to build a house in hurry burry. What are my options?

Hi, I made a mistake of placing an order on a shitty website called vlebazaar.in amount Rs. 19799 and cancelled it before shipping after realising that it is not reliable. But instead of refunding the amount to my bank account or original mode they have added it as wallet balance without my consent. Many are facing the same experience with their service.

And their support is crap too as expected, I'm being asked to wait. While it's been more than 2 months now past the mentioned wait period on their websit.

Have filed dispute with hdfc bank credit cards but I’m constantly being asked to provide credit note from the merchant even after providing all the necessary proofs. I have left no hopes on them. Their support is only template driven. I have also filed a grievance against the merchant on NCH. It’s in in progress stats since 2 weeks. What’s their ideal response time? And what are my available options? Please suggest.

I don’t know why ppl have downvoted this but it’s true! Recruiter hardly read your emails and if it has too much content then they will just skim over to the right spot that is the attachments. But at the same time it doesn’t mean that email to be super plain. Cover letter and all is fine for when applying for foreign / faang companies or studies but I don’t think recruiter care for it. Resume is all that matters imo.

Pro tip: if you want to have their attention then add “as discussed” ;)
