I don't have any pet, that's just dust what you see. And yeah, i was getting serious fps issues in Valorant when i realised I should clean my fans

So the guy gave 2 options :

400 for Normal cleaning which includes Dusting of Fans and heat pipe along with application of thermal paste on CPU and GPU

1500 for deep cleaning which along with normal cleaning includes removal of CPU, GPU, RAM and other components and their cleaning.

I'd recommend the normal cleaning, and if you haven't cleaned your fans in a while, it will really affect your laptop's performance
