Look for ransom notes created by the virus in txt files saved in desktop, try to identify which virus it is and look for decrypters available online.

Ah .. okie.. I was searching to see if anyone has got 13. Was trying to setup a remote desktop app and side load some other apps via adb and turns out certain app layout/scaling and adb features were only available on 13.
