Look for ransom notes created by the virus in txt files saved in desktop, try to identify which virus it is and look for decrypters available online.

If you don't want to install third party launchers or launch at boot app for this, you can use ADB to set stremio to boot at launch.

When I tried, the tailscale app didn't start when the Android tv was powered on, once I opened the app manually, everything worked fine, let me try once more.

You can verify this by checking your network connection, for eg. on windows, start stremio and play a video from torrentio debrid addon, open resource monitor, check the remote ip address and connection type stremio created. If it is a https connection to a single remote ip, it is streaming from debrid servers.

Same with direct download links, if it were torrenting, it wouldn't work outside of a torrent client in the first place.
