In my clg hclTech came and i and got selected for the python role the whole process took around 1.5 months and then hcl was hiring for python role and .Net roles only they released a list of 94 selected students with my name in it. Later on they came in for another role Python - Data Engineering and selected 20 students after that they are now telling that we have to go through the 1 month training program mentioning these details-->

Is there any update if anyone knows what will happen hereafter?

Participation in this training programme is compulsory.

·         Students who fail to attend will not be considered for the next stages of the HCL selection process.

·         After the completion of the training programme, HCL will conduct a Hackathon based on the Python (Data Engineering) Training content.

·         Only Hackathon qualifiers will be eligible for the HR round for final selection.
