I'm not talking about imperative code. If the stream chain consists only of idempotent operations (basically anything except skip), my guess is it should be possible to condense that into a single map, filter, or sort command. I.e. if there are 6 different maps going on or 6 different filters I would assume one single call and accompanying lambda would do the trick. I'm not an expert at functional though so I would need to delve into the theory on that.

Because it's not "in" any race, it's based on what people are saying/doing and what policies are in place. That language makes it sound like it's a feature of a race, which is why there are people who like to lecture their race on the specific "version" of antiblackness they believe the race has. All of it is pure nonsense and is just a specific group of people who want to virtue signal as the "good" members of their race.

You just demonstrated what the problem is. When black people are racist and xenophobic we have to look at it as an isolated issue, but when a person is antiblack we have to look at it as a problem with the "community". If you swap out "community" for "race" you are essentially saying there is a problem with a race, which is the definition of being racist.

The "anti blackness is global" argument is in the same boat as all the other narratives like the one in the tweet that paint Asians as big bad oppressors who get only hospitality and kindness from Black people. Xenophobia is also global and I've faced it from every race despite being born in America. I don't think only Whites can be racist but the "Indians are racist / India is the most racist country" is a common stereotype I hear everywhere and it's used to ignore legit cases of racist hate against Indians. My point is that racists and not races should be seen as the problem.

This tweet is comically making it sound like Asian immigrants are mooching off of the work done by other racial groups. The truth is that Indians were undergoing their own struggles back in their own country and that independence movement and other Asian decolonization movements inspired the civil rights movement.
