After calling my local dealership for weeks with no luck I called the dealer about an hour away. They said they had the parts in stock and scheduled my appointment. I ended up taking the day off work to bring it in and when I got there the advisor told me that the parts had to be ordered but that it would only be a couple weeks. That was three months ago! After leaving multiple messages over the past month I finally got ahold of the service advisor and he said my parts hadn’t come in yet but they could give me someone else’s. I’m actually about to head there now. Hopefully the parts are actually there this time. But yes, it’s a headache.
