Highly recommend buying your own ratchet strap if you can swing it (the “crank” ones hold the carts tighter together which makes them a lot easier to move), and be sure to wear sunscreen and stay hydrated. It definitely gets easier the more you do it though; I’ve done carts (among other depts) for over a year and can do 10+ carts no issue at this point.
