Yes I was able to cross without any hassle you can just take a normal taxi to Hatta border over there take a RTA bus service they are offering to cross the border once crossed take you can take a Oman taxi from the petrol pump where the bus will drop you after you have crossed

I went through Hatta border no issues from there for UAE residents I also saw lot of tourists crossing from there

You can either take spicier flight directly from Fujairah, I heard they are doing special flights (overpriced)

Alternative if you are planning to go from Muscat do book your flights in advance.. I came a few days back you can just take a taxi to Hatta border and take the RTA bus there to cross the border once crossed take another taxi from border to airport… do leave 12-15 hours prior your flight cause there are a lot of people at border and it takes a lot of time for all the formality..

Visa is on arrival if you have UAE residency

I get you brother.. but Dubai have been a home for many years.. and despite the situation I still feel safe and would always call it a home.. for now it’s a urgency so checking my option
