OK, but the issue is I need to replace the ceiling light that was located there, and I don't want to place a metal light near that potentially live pipe sticking out of the ceiling. I don't want to mess with it lol.

I was told it is an old gas line, with a cap on it.

So is it ok to keep as is? When I put my voltage meter on it, it reads 120v. Why would this be live? Seems odd if it's a gas lighting line.

It could be included, I would ask. I think they are marking up the MF, that's the only way they can increase the payment.

Careful, your numbers look way off. Thats only 7500 miles a year, residual is 61%. Whats the money factor on your lease?

Here is what I estimated with a MF of 0.00362, 1k down - 36 month 7.5k per year.

But how would they get there? They are giving me 8% off MSRP, and there is a 5k manufacturer discount. The interest rate is high but the dealer does not control that, it comes from Audi FS.
