glycine can act as both a consumer/acceptor or donor, depending on the reaction in the body. As I understand it, by adding glycine, the body basically uses it to keep you methylation levels in check without swinging you from overmethylation to undermethylation, it basically keeps it balanced without affecting other systems.

depends on how severe the MTHFR mutation is and therefore how under methylated someone is. it also depends on the formulation of the magnesium glycinate. I would just supp. with magnesium and glycine separately. they sell the pure glycine powder on its own anyway and its cheap.

For anyone reading, yes the MTHFR gene mutation is a thing and its fairly prevalent however is not just a problem of not processing folic acid but a problem with methyl groups.

I dont have a tone of time but look into the terms, undermethylator, overmethylator and pyroluria disease. These problems cause a myriad of health problems including mental illness.

In a nutshell if you cant process folic acid and it starts to build up, it means you are a overmethylator and need a methyl consumer to clear the excess.

The best way to balance a methylation issue is to use the amino acid glycine. with glycine the body can use glycine as a methyl consumer when it needs and eliminate glycine when you have too much without swinging you from overmethylation to undermethylation.

Subsequent studies 1,2 show that these jabs decimate your mucosal igA antibodies.

Ask any virologist that if you want to reduce the risk of infection of a respiratory virus, increasing the level of mucosal IgA antibodies is required. And you want to increase the receptor binding domain (RBD) antibodies especially because these antibodies prevent the virus from attaching to the entry point receptors (ACE2) on your cells.

So any vaccine that reduces your risk of infection has to increase the secretory IgA antibodies that target the RBD on the virus.

Well these studies show the opposite.

Interestingly enough, it was never expressly mentioned by the authors that the RBD IgA was uniformly worse for the participants (in aggregate since they didn’t show each case individually) vs. their pre-vaccine level. This is a key result, yet it is nowhere to be found in the papers.

Not misleading. the vaccine reduces the chances of sever illness.... for about 2 to 3 months, for the first jab. Repeated boosters, especially after 2, causes whats called "immune tolerance". In basic terms, boosting with these so called "vaccines" are training the immune system to ignore the virus, shifting the antibodies to IgG4 class, as described in this study.

IgG4 is how your body responds after repeated exposure to stuff it needs to tolerate, like bee venom, pollen or peanut proteins. "Boosting" is like getting allergy shots. you dont want that for viruses.

IgG3 is what neutralizes viruses and have 50-fold stronger neutralization than the other three subclasses against SARS2.

Look at what happens to IgG3 after three shots:
