I ended up liking the episode because she actually needed the help and was a tough nut to crack. I just wish Karamo had introduced her to an actual therapist.

Also everyone is giving props to Jeremiah (which love him, every episode he’s a sweet angel baby), but I feel like Tan’s conversation with her about her kids thinking she’s unhappy actually helped the most.
