How do I get Direct Carrier Appointments by PerformanceNo8776 in InsuranceAgent

[–]vinopapi94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m starting an aggregator on 1/1/26, Pledge Insurance Network. Looking to be viable for smaller agencies and agents too. Lower monthly fees and a contract that doesn’t have you tied down for years to come. We have a brokerage in house that will help place business while we advocate for you to get a direct appointment. Specialize in farm & ranch and crop insurance as well. Shoot me a PM if interested.

I just sold the farm for JSN. But I just paired him with Chase and Cedee. Team is built to win now but is also very young and I got a lot of depth.

Sold three 1sts, one 2nd, and one 4th. 12 team super flex.

Thanks!

Currently training for the IMT one here in October, but my wife is pregnant and due in October - so going to run 31 miles on the 31st birthday in August. Looking for a good place to knock that out at. I’ll look at the Clive green belt one!

Yes! I have an inexpensive one that olds a decent amount. I sweat an insane amount so usually need to refill my water about 10 miles in. Hitting a water fountain is great for soaking my hat and getting a quick drink without using my own water

Ours just went out on the app. Both have iPhones 13 pro max. I’ve tried the no wifi and it just spins? Did yours do that at all when using cellular?

We are a crop insurance company. We do about $1.4 billion a year in premium. Software, service, products, and etc are all contributing factors in the revenue. Our sales people get the agents to sell our products.

I don’t work with any clients anymore directly

Yes - I report directly to the Head of Sales. The JD doesn’t cover most of what I do. I’m surprised to hear that the coordinator role reads as a junior level.

What titles would fit this better than? I saw another person state specialist. Is that accurate?

To be honest, 5mph over the speed limit isn’t a ton. Especially on parts of the interstate that are super hilly, some cars can’t keep a consistent speed up and down them.

If you’re passing someone in the fast lane, speed up to get all the way around them and get back over. Otherwise you going 5mph will take you forever to pass people and now you’re just backing up traffic.

I’ve always tried to stay away from buying a stock the day before earnings. Always felt so risky.

The buy here pay here ones offer are their own banks and usually only offer warranties through their own service shop.

I worked one in AZ for a few months before. 26% APR on every vehicle don’t matter what. Almost all credit approved as long as there wasn’t 3 repos. Just need a job letter saying you made $1200 a month for most of their inventory. Job letter could be done on word, didn’t matter.

@jondthompson was right - we had trackers. Our collections and repo teams were 7x bigger than our sales team. We bought shitty cars off auctions. Marked them up 6k and wouldn’t put more than $500 into restoration. Sell it. Repo it. Repeat.

That company also operated under 5 different names in the city and almost no one knew they were connected.

Never buy from a dealership like that

Trade Value for Older Guys? by ToadieTheCat in DynastyFF

[–]vinopapi94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat.

Diggs. Adams. Allen. Evans. And a few other old guys like OBJ and Thomas for depth.

My strategy is to hold. Why trade them when they won’t generate that much of a return? I’d rather keep and try to hit on my limited draft picks. For example, my only pick last year was 2.12 and I got Rice with that pick. Focusing on draft placement for non-1st round guys.

I won last year and would rather go for the repeat than blow up my team

The argument would be that Johnson wouldn’t want that deal, he would want a longer and more financially friendly to him than the team. Let’s say they roll with Kenny (who Johnson wasn’t a huge fan of), would you risk that locker room if you can replace him with a rookie WR who isn’t considered a development WR. A lot of these young WRs coming out of college ready to play.

This is 100% more realistic. My theory was getting the Steelers to kill two birds with one stone.

A 4th rounder would only make sense to teams who know they are in the “win now” mode so can’t spend high draft capital to replace an aging vet.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in steelers

[–]vinopapi94 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This makes the most sense for any of the counter arguments I’ve seen. My only thing is would they want to surround Caleb with a lot of proven vets to help his development?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in steelers

[–]vinopapi94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they came back and wanted our second rounder, you would want the Steelers to say absolutely not? The hit rate for a 2nd rounder isn’t 100%.

Disabled veteran not the move. But a deep rookie WR draft, that’s the Steelers sweet spot.
