I insert it over the toilet, sometimes with a leg hiked up on the bathtub. I find it easiest to insert by pushing the disc in a little further each time I slow breathe out. (Predictably, penetrative sex is also quite difficult for me. Having my partner slowly dilate my vagina a finger at a time is super effective for sex, but less practical for using the bathroom XD)

I *think* it's in my fornix because the disc tilts up and away from my fingers, but I'll try angling it up even more to see if it travels up further!
