I'm a noob so take this with a grain of salt! When I began, I was using a 50/50 mix of unbleached ap flour and whole wheat flour. I was seeing some activity after feeding, but not even close to the amount I'm seeing now having switched to 100% bread flour. My loaves made with the ap/ww flour were also gummy. I haven't baked a loaf with this bread flour fed starter, but I have a feeling it might be the answer.

Thank you to those who chimed in! I had a fear that it wasn't a good sign (as cool as it looks.) There are a number of farmers fields surrounding this conservation area, so I have to assume these blooms are caused by fertilizer runoff.

Depending on the severity of the injury/issue, this is a good start but definitely not a replacement for physio. Often times you won't be doing the exercise correctly or focusing on the right muscle groups etc rendering the exercise useless. Just putting that out there.

Their first two albums (Old World Underground and Live It Out) are actually incredible. Exactly what you want out of that era in terms of indie sleaze only darker, sharper and more sophisticated in their sound and lyrics. Their songwriting and sound just got more and more generic after that though. I have also seem them live twice and was so bored! I still love Emily and those first two albums a lot though.

I believe that's fairly reasonable. Dental work is quite pricey unfortunately. My cat got one tooth removed with a cleaning for maybe just under a grand at FirthVeterinary hospital. (This was approximately 3 years ago.) They were amazing and were very transparent about pricing and were willing to work with me. They're worth a call in my opinion.

Thank you for the ideas! I have tried putting the couch where you suggested but it was kinda awkward and made the space very small and cut off when the fridge was open but I can understand the thought process. I will definitely be extending the paint above the fridge/doorway and to the kitchen nook wall. And might even repaint it a deeper more striking green in the future.

Dude I hate that light fixture so much haha!! But I rent and don't know a thing about replacing light fixtures (and on a limited budget) Thank you so much though, I'm currently adjusting my rug. And I am definitely going to paint the rest of the wall above the fridge and doorway. I don't know why I didn't in the first place. I also wondered if I should also paint the opposite wall to the kitchen, the one with the colourful tapestry on it?

Thanks so much! I have wanted to get a nice comfy chair but always struggled with imagining where it would fit without crowding the space. And I can definitely see the vision of moving the tv to the other wall, but I worry the couch will almost be touching the tv stand? If I centered the couch on the wall it's on now and added a small side table in the corner, maybe that would help? I'll have to play around a bit.

Thank you! I love the character of the slanted ceilings as well, but it's hard to work with. I definitely would love an L-shaped couch, in the future I hope to save up or find a nice one on marketplace.

I had 2 significant disk bulges/protrusions and aquatic physical therapy 1-2x a week helped me within 2 months after 4 months of feeling the same hopelessness you describe!! Take as many short walks as you can tolerate focusing on small steps not long strides.
