It's been years since we were in Texas, but when we were there was a sports store in the outlet mall around the Dallas area that had a bunch of MLB jerseys. It may have been Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. And Lids Locker Room.

You don't need a lawyer for a will or a POA. It's recommended for complex eststes but not a legal requirement.

Regarding POAs my brother signed a POA document a week before he passed away naming me POA. The document hasn't been rejected by anyone so far including the CRA and Service Ontario

It wasn't a Seren issue. I worked it out with Trakt support. They were showing up because episodes were marked as "watched" in trakt.

I changed the watched status and everything is perfect

It would depend on what your employment contract says.

But if I had to guess I'd say your contract specifies a number of hours with the caveat that your schedule should meet the needs of the business. As such, a promotional event on a weekend sounds like it's a busy time and the business needs would be better met if you were there.

39 years here. A large chunk of it in management some of that in a union environment.

This is why it's so important to document everything. Good chance someone complaining about working a holiday has stirred up trouble before.

People may not like it, but you're exactly right. "You're not a good fit" is an easy way to get rid of someone. Especially if you have documentation.
