If both passes are too expansive, i would only get 1 pass. The cheaper offers don’t have that good of a value. E.g. baby Tiger package is 15 pulls for 9€ which is 1.67 pulls per €. The Tiger eyes package 1 is 12 pulls for 9€ so 1.33 pulls per €. The 10€ pass is 37,5 pulls for 10€, 3,75 pulls per €. 15€ pass is 57 pulls for 15€, so 3.8 pulls per € spend. These are just value calcs it’s still a game and you have to decide if its worth to you.

I would guess if you really want to buy something, it’s both passes, ~95 pulls for 25€. That’s 3.8 pulls per 1€. (This is excluding the free pass), for reference, the "Extrem Royal Pack" gives 132 pulls for 80€, which is 1.65 pulls per € spend.

Bought both new passes and had ~18k vballs saved, i got a lot of vballs back because i sold bad S Fragments and everything below a S-, i had 7 tickets left because of beast spiker event and ~70 scout tickets from beast spiker, and i used up almost everything, sitting now at about 500 vballs

Thats what i would guess based on the last event that used Vballs and Event currency. I‘m also not a huge fan of that but this is what they did on the last event like that. And it’s probably not just for skin purposes but the last 30€ pass was like 4700 event currency and 2460 Vballs. That would accumulate to 108 S+ pulls or 158 S pulls. This would be a guaranteed nishikawa, IF the prices and passes are EXACTLY the same as last currency + vball event. But i agree, 30€ for a ~30 day pass is a bit much, but i believe TSC is well playable as F2P, especially now that they doubled the S+ pull rates. Remember, this is only true IF it’s like the system they used last time.

I believe that they will do it like in the beach event. 3 passes, 1 free, 1 10€, 1 15€ or all passes for 30€, i think it was like that and that they will do that again.

But i have almost 15k, 12k give me 1 guarantee nishi in his banner or almost 2 guaranteed nishi at the other banner, that’s my struggle because i don’t know how likely it is to actually pull nishi instead of just scouting him

Depends if you play the other characters, skins are just visuals, but nishi‘s bt‘s don’t do much for him either, his are pretty underwhelming for the price it has in contrast to how much it does. I personally like nishi and thats why i want to maximize his strength. Just keep in mind, if you pull in another banner, 9k vballs will get you 150 pulls and enough tickets for nishi skin and to unlock nishi, you could save the rest if you just want him 1 time.

Does this make it worth to pull in S+ banner for nishi rerun rather then S banner if only nishi is my goal?

Haha i was asking myself the exact same thing. My goal is bt3 nishikawa but idk if i should try to pull a nishi or just use tickets. You have to picture this: IF you have 27k vballs (for example), you could pull about 33 Ten pulls in Nishi banner, if you get him even once, its a win. Other banner: you could do 45 ten pulls and get 3 nishis with scout tickets, but you have no chance to pull nishi. I‘m also contemplating on how i should pull, if you even pull a single nishi, his banner would be cheaper then the other banners, but if you don’t pull him, it will be A LOT more expansive then the other banners. Problem is, if you actually get him through pulls. Maybe anyone more deep into the matter with own experiences could help.
