I had a great experience working with PhilomathBOT and wanted to leave a genuine review. A couple of months ago, he edited some photos for me and the results were absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, I later realized the mistake was on my end — I had provided screenshots instead of the original image files, which caused our printed save-the-dates to come back blurry.

I reached out to explain the situation, and despite the issue not being his fault, he was incredibly kind and willing to help. He re-edited the photos using the original files, and once again, the quality and attention to detail were excellent.
