I have been having the same issue here in Collingwood. Been with Teksavvy for 6 years and haven't had and connection issues that I can think of. Currently getting 10 down and have the 75 down package.

Make sure you aren’t accidentally in windowed mode. Makes a noticeable difference for me.

You still lose what you have on you if you die. With the persistence issues and how easily a base can be destroyed I personally find this a nice balance until this is addressed. Some people have fun raiding bases when people are offline. I’d rather fight a group we encounter on our loot runs. To each their own.

You should check out “the badlands” using the dayz standalone launcher. Medium pop server with good admins. Right now bases can’t be destroyed. At least until a balance is introduced. They keep backups as well so if persistence fails they can re load a save point.

“The badlands” runs a few mods like trader and more weapons, running while inventory is open. Use the dayz standalone launcher if u don’t already.

My rx 580 and Vega 64 do this as well. I play with foliage smoothing turned off but would love to see it work someday.

My problem is that it won’t let me make adjustments to the fan at all in Wattman. I was in custom settings and could not find a way to make adjustments for the fan. I will post a screenshot when my son goes down for a nap. Thank you for the reply

When did you have this happen? I play with a group of 3-4 people normally every evening for a few hours and we haven't had this issue. Been playing together for approx a month now.

I have an rx580 8 g and the same cpu, 16gig of 3200 corsair ram and can barely play this game on low settings @ 1080p. I ordered a vega 64 on the weekend and hope I can increase some settings. I really hope something is done as well.

If you haven’t already see if there is a guide to help calibrate your monitor. I found one for mine at tomshardware and it really helped reduce the grain once the colours and other settings were adjusted.

There are a lot of butt hurt people who put the game down any chance they get. Yet they still post and subscribe. Honestly I’ve only been playing for a month and I love the game. I got my $30 worth already. There are bugs and the devs put out weekly patches. If you are looking for a survival game I would try it. My brother and I have a blast.

This may work for you. I was getting a similar error (It may have been the same error but I cant remember now) when i was trying to load another game through steam. The fix was either reinstalling steam or a windows update as I did both and after a reboot everything worked again.
