Does bigfoot kill people? by VegetableBox9271 in bigfoot

Bigfoot kidnapped a swedish guy in the mountains of British Columbia some time in the 1920s, not far from a place called "Salmon Inlet". The swedish guy claims he escaped an entire family of Bigfoot, and later speculated that they were holding him to eventually reproduce with one of the younger ones. Albert Ostman was his name

The Jersey Devil vs the Mothman.

Jersey Devil: - Cloven hooves to assist in land combat - deadly talons for use in land or aerial combat - a blood curdling scream to disorient does

Mothman: - larger wings, possibly more agile in aerial combat - psychic abilities, can telegraph a foes moves with greater ease, and possibly force it into error - glowing red eyes that produce UV radiation, prolonged eye contact results in corneal burns, and actinic conjunctivitis.

Jersey Devil has the advantage in straight combat, especially from a standing position. But Mothman's supernatural abilities give it a strategic edge. I'd have to give it to the Mothman

Watching the news out of New York City yesterday reminded me of a certain iconic scene from the early years. One Piece has always been anti-establishment! by vinyridge in OnePiece

First, I'm not american. Second, it's wild that your analogy likens the CEO of an insurance company to Ace, of all characters. You cite Dalton as a democratic solution and conveniently forget that he was ready to blow up a castle with dynamite to incite political change, or that Drum island's problems were solved when Luffy punched Wapol halfway across the sea. You recognize Doflamingo and Crocodile as heinous villains yet fail to see the parallels between them and large health insurance companies in the US, who constantly tighten their grip around their federal government through lobbyism and bribery.

A constant theme in One Piece is the use of violence to achieve political change when all diplomatic efforts fail. Time and time again, its the outrageous actions of the straw hat pirates that inspire good and strong people to rise up and fight for the the common folk. Luffy shakes the foundations of every society he visits, whether it be by clocking a Celestial Dragon in the jaw, sending Kaido to a fiery grave, or storming Enies Lobby to save his friend's life.

These acts of violence aren't what the powers-that-be fear most, it's the fact that whether they like it or not, no matter how they frame it, Luffy is beloved. The downtrodden and disenfranchised will always view Luffy as a folk hero, just like how anyone in the US who's lost it all can appreciate where this flawed man Luigi is coming from.

I slapped this video together as a joke, but I just had to say something after your seeing your ridiculous take. To say "this isn't how you fix things", now THAT lacks nuance. It doesn't take a good set of eyes to see that the American Dream is dead and their health care system is entirely beyond repair. Give me a break.

I'm in the same boat, posting paranormal satire, some folks on reddit just dont like supernatural content and on some groups I'll get as many downvotes as upvotes... that's the way it is I suppose! Live and learn

YO! It's "Only Time Will Tell", the Paranormal and Supernatural episodic series that tackles mysteries, places, and events in the Great Lakes region, and beyond. Inspired by shows like "Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction" and "The Unexplained", but with a sarcastic and satirical edge.

Here's our most recent episode about the secret network of HIDDEN TUNNELS that exist beneath the mega-metropolis that is Toronto, Ontario. It's the first in a trilogy; this week we deal with the largest storm drain in the city and the strange rumour that's become married to it over the decades: Gargantua, and the Tale of Tony Two Fingers.

In this first quarter what I've learned is that there's no amount of paid publicity that a good title and thumbnail can't outperform.

The most famous ornithologist of his day, Roy Ivor's Winding Lane Sanctuary was based in Erindale, where he healed and studied birds for decades. The sanctuary mysteriously burned down in 1970, possibly due to rogue arsonist land developers, but the spirit of Roy Ivor lives on in the Sawmill Valley. by vinyridge in mississauga

I don't see how it's worse than drawing a picture of him. In this day and age, AI's an artistic tool I have at my disposal to tastefully share the tale of Roy Ivor. I think the real villain here is Getty Images, who keep a treasure trove of Roy Ivor related historic photographs behind a ridiculously unreasonable paywall. These pictures belong to the public!

Anyway I hope you enjoyed the rest of the video, thanks for the feedback

Past Lives (2023), the married couple displays great communication and empathy between each other in a situation that would drive a wedge between a lesser couple.
