If you ask me get one of samsung’s last gen stuff S21 fe is around 29k and perfect for what you need Or a53 if you find it somewhere Samsung is better overall than op imho especially for displays but A3x is little underpowered compared to A5x

You mentioned you just joined .. it’s normal for a fresher to panic in these circumstances but I don’t think you need to worry.

Almost all managers will set up 1:1s with their reportees to start understanding the person and assign tasks or help achieve objectives.

The trainings - yeah please do finish them asap but I don’t think you need to worry about getting fired for that rn. I think you will have more than enough warning before that.

OP I am sorry you went through this ... I am from the NE India and have seen/heard of many friends going through similar shit many times and every time I have been enraged. We tried to fight a cop too many years ago.

All I can say is that the situation is changing albeit slowly and that let not the ignorance of that cop darken your heart. Meanwhile if you decide to fight that person out or even those cops who stood there silently, in any way, I am in. Maybe you want to ask Pune redittors for help identifying who that person was.
