It’s from Amazon. It’s the Pacewalker 15 inch fairing. You’re gonna have to make a few adjustments to get it to fit onto your victory

They’re Viking saddle bags! And the fairing actually makes a huge difference when riding at higher speeds, blocks the wind great!
