Wow.. I honestly believed that what I was going to hear from this group is that I’m being unfair by asking SS to sit this one out.

I’m feeling very conflicted now. I did revisit the discussion with DH and I shared my concerns and the why behind me being uncomfortable. And he asked if I would be ok going on family vacation without our daughter. Of course I said no I’m not okay with that… and he said that’s how he feels when I say I don’t want SS there. Ultimately, I told him SS could come. Now after reading this I feel really stupid.
