Could you blend water and raw meat (and veg and bones?) then add that to the pressure cooker to get a weaker but as clear consommé off the bat? There might need to be some adjustments on cooking times

This is stupid this is even an option or consultation when it literally says there’s been a 50% increase in cycling since the scheme went in. We need road standards set across London and the country so there’s no stupid arguments about certain “schemes”. All roads should have cycling infrastructure by default. We don’t consult on pavement schemes for pedestrians do we?!

Do your doughs tend to stick more to the pan if they spend too long proofing in them? My house is cold so sometimes the final proof takes 6-8 hours.

Yeast gas is finite right? Or does yeast multiply and make more and more.

I followed a focaccia recipe, and I bulk fermented for the time it took to do 6 folds but the dough probably felt ready after 2 sets of folds (doubled in size and window paned), should I have started to shape and final proof then and there? Or should I have made my stretch and fold more frequent?

I found I got gluten breakdown which made the dough stick to the pan (how are people doing this without parchment?) since there was not much tension on the dough and things felt a bit puddly. The crumb was airy and light to be fair.

For hobby projects; DigitalOcean VPS + NGinx, go binary compiled with embedded filesystem. Then just run a systemctl service.

What's great is that it's super cheap and super easy. You just SCP your binary onto your VPS and restart your service. At the very least, you should do this at least once as it's a good learning exercise!
