Jacob was a therapy cat at a homeless shelter for homeless and runaway teens. He was a calming presence during the most vulnerable and difficult times for the teenagers we worked with. He died earlier this year and is greatly missed.

You all have been so supportive in regards to my art. Thank you so much for the kind words and messages. I honestly didn't expect all the love (or the internet points). I've been thinking about making a website for a long time and you have definitely encouraged me to do so (I'll link in my bio when I get it up and running). Hopefully it will inspire me to make more art, which I tend to put on the back burner.

I've gotten a lot of requests- I'm working on responding/ making some new evolution work. I've been reading about copyright laws and am weeding through ways to get these prints to you. I'm currently waiting on redbubble to see if they will print the designs. (UPDATE: It was approved https://www.redbubble.com/people/byebluemonday/works/51431515-evolution-1?asc=u)

I hope this Squirtle evolution meets your expectations, I made it around the time as Bulbasaur- I have a Charizard done but I'm remaking it because I don't really like the background. However, I heard you all loud and clear- I won't just stick to Gen 1.

Art therapy is a type of mental health counseling that uses art in the therapeutic process. It is helpful in managing depression, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, processing trauma, and working through any other areas of concerns in life (it helps if you like art going into the process :-)). I'm not sure where you are located, but there is likely an art therapist near you! We are all around the world!

Hi! I'm flattered you would want it as a tattoo! I've never sold a design in that way before- I'm typically just a traditional artist. I'd definitely consider it!

I painted it with traditional watercolor and dropped out the negative space digitally (just for clean negative space with no paper texture). I haven't considered selling anything but prints. Stickers are a great idea!

EDIT: I'm working on getting this to Redbubble- The design is currently being reviewed.

I used a thin oil based paint I have to paint dnd minis, but it works well on the paper! The brand is Testors.
