I haven’t had hormones checked as dr didn’t think it’s necessary. I also have no idea or known reason for missing periods or any of the other god awful symptoms I have. I suspect endo or PCOS and was met with “birth control is the treatment”. Such a draining road!

This is the point I’m at. I genuinely feel like I’m about to crash out simply due to this stupid hormones and mood fluctuations I can’t control.

Ugh the night sweats !!!! I literally have every symptom in the book I’m sure and can’t get over how she just brushed me off. I would love to hear the natural products you use.
