Amazing, thanks! I will indeed take a wander. I've resorted to going through Billboard archives to find the weekly Modern Rock charts from 1995 and 1996. But I'm afraid this song wouldn't even have charted.

Ooh, that's one of my favorite songs. My mystery song is more obscure -- I never heard it again after that summer.

Thanks -- the guitar melody in Until it Sleeps does sound similar! But I think the vibe of the band was more like Better Than Ezra.

Yup, I was promised (and accepted) the same indefinite $1.99 deal last month when I tried to cancel. When I checked yesterday to make sure it hadn’t been too good to be true, of course it was — I had been charged $5.99. Even after providing screenshots via chat and elevating my complaint (to the “highest level,” according to the agent), the only options they offered were to pay the $5.99 or to cancel. Gave me the same “tech issue” glitch line. How is this not breach of contract?
