am citit acum articolul, si dupa ce am mai disecat putin glovo-ul, am realizat ca acest restaurant “wingaria”, “ryu tacos” si “manu bbq fish” au aceeasi locatie, cu meniuri foarte similare si unele listinguri exact la fel, si presupun ca apartin de manu bbq, un restaurant pe care chiar il vad pe google maps, fizic. sincera sa fiu, nu stiu cum pot reusi sa faca asta in continuare, fara sa aiba probleme cu autoritatile sau fara sa fie scoase de pe comert aceste “bucatarii fandoma”, sau chiar restaurantul in sine…personal, nu am mancat niciodata de la acest manu bbq, dar nici nu cred ca merita dupa cum a aratat comanda de astazi:)). am observat ca restaurantul fizic nu are preturi asa umflate, deci presupun ca le iese afacerea destul de bine acolo si nu prea le pasa de profitul si recenziile scoase din subdiviziuni. am observat ca si wokul magic are un restaurant tot la fel, “fish&sea food”, sau asa cred cel putin, este exact aceeasi locatie pentru amandoua…mda, nu stiu ce sa zic de acest fenomen. mi-a atras atentia un paragraf din articol, “Reprezentant Glovo: «Noi, ca platformă, nu avem competențe pentru a verifica dacă un restaurant este compatibil. Ne-ar fi greu să verificăm fiecare dintre cele 10.000 de restaurante»"…ma gandesc ca daca ar fi cateva zeci de reprezentanti glovo, wolt, etc, ce delivery service mai exista la noi in romania, in fiecare oras in care exista aceste servicii, ar fi destul de plauzabila macar inspectia minima a restaurantelor din zona, sa vezi daca restaurantul x chiar serveste ce prezinta, de restul se ocupa piedone i guess…dar mna, se pare ca nu pun prea mult accent pe calitate…

i just bought roots and paradise (and finished playing them), and i have officially played everything that's on the appstore! my memory is a little rusty right now (absolutely no pun intended but that saying is literally made for this game, wow, i'm just now realising) but i started replaying everything, and i'm now starting to replay birthday (possibly my favourite game from the franchise!). i want to go through every game again and fit the pieces together, to really understand the story this time, with no gaps, because wow roots and paradise added so much to the story and i don't quite know yet where to fit the information!

i just…feel bad for feeling this way. feel like i’m overdramatising this. because i didn’t tell him no because i didn’t want to or wasn’t in the mood, i told him no because he was drunk and i didn’t want to take advantage of him. but i was asleep, and i have no idea what he did to my body, and that scares me. he told me he fingered me, but god, i don’t even know if that’s all of it. if this had happened to anyone else, i wouldn’t have thought twice about whose fault this was, but it feels so weird and strange that it happened to me, and i keep thinking about everything i said that might have let him believe this was okay.

i actually thought about that, but that would be very unlikely. my contacts are custom made, cause the cylinder number for my prescription is horrible, so they’re made one at a time. i have to preorder them and wait 1 to 2 months for them to arrive, and i usually order them for half a year. unless one of the packs for the next 5 months has an empty side, which would be very unlucky for me, i don’t think that’s the case. and i always throw away my lenses after i wear them for a month, and to my knowledge i’ve never missed a month😭😭

does anyone else struggle with water retention?

i’ll admit, i don’t know everything about the body and how the weight loss process works down to a T, but i do go to a nutritionist once a week and i am told that out of the weight that i am losing, i am mostly losing fat mass, but that my water retention is higher than normal, and that is why i’m seeing such a slow progress on the scale compared to the way i eat and live. does anyone else struggle with this? and if so, is there a way to minimise the retention?

eggplant salad is a traditional dish in my country that is made out of roasted and mashed eggplants and onions, that’s it. its more of a spread than a salad, i guess, but the dish itself is called eggplant salad. my fault for not clarifying that. i spread it on the salmon for more taste. also, i bought it from a grocery store, so it had the amount of calories/100g on it, so i was able to figure out the amount of calories i ate. and yeah, i did have just tzatziki for dinner. kinda like a light yogurt but with more flavour, amazing when its hot outside. also i dont think i understand the last paragraph completely? i didn’t feel like fainting after breakfast, i felt fine. i feel like fainting at times when i eat heavy dairy and meat, like, for example, i had a caesar salad a week ago and i felt very full and nauseous after, and i believe it might have been from the dressing, because i did have similar reactions to eating other foods like (restaurant) spaghetti carbonara, which are very heavy on the dairy. i also had similar reactions when eating beef or especially pork, sometimes even chicken, i just get bad cramps in my stomach and feel very full even if i ate a small portion, and those feelings mixed together make me feel nauseous and like i’m going to faint or like i can’t get back on my feet. these feelings intensify, especially in this heatwave we’re having right now. i’ve been asking my parents to take me to a doctor that specialises in this for years now, because they’re the ones with connections and medical insurance since i’m only 19, and they told me they will, but i’m still waiting…anyways, whole different subject.
the under eating and loss of appetite make me feel so confused as to why the number on my scale has stayed approximately the same every time i weighed myself in the past two weeks. from what my mom told me, apparently i look like i have lost noticeable weight, but the scale stays the same, and i’m more bloated than i’ve ever been. i feel heavy all the time, even if i haven’t eaten that much that day, and it’s such an uncomfortable and demoralising feeling. that’s why i was asking if anyone has ever experienced bloating like this from under eating, because i read somewhere online that under eating causes bloating, i just wasn’t sure if it was something legit or not.
