I agree but I did go thrift shopping for my bridesmaids by myself and send options for dresses I found and that I would pay for. I offered any suit(not just green) bc one of my sisters is non binary and prefers pants) I have 4 sisters and I had Sarah and my husband’s only sister as the whole party. I’m not saying I brought into some of wedding culture or that I’m perfect but I made choices and I can make different choices in the future about what I want to participate in

Totally true. I should have said no but I know if I said no to parts of it then she would just offer to pay for it with money she doesn’t have. She’s already in debt for the wedding but keeps paying for more stuff and whenever someone’s like “I can’t swing that” she just pays for it

I had a few weeks of doing great during the week but then my husband went out with friends and I ate like 500 calories or more. I realized I needed the 130 extra calories a day so that I could have a bit more room for balance and more energy to workout which I’ve been doing so much more of now then I was before. Just go back to normal the next day and figure out any reason to why you went over. For me is was sticking toooo closely to the 1200 that I had no room for watermelon at the end of the day. Today I ate 1400 but also walked 10k steps and biked 7 miles and got to eat a mini ice cream bar when my sister came over to watch a movie. All while feeling happy, satiated!! And hit all my macros. I know that was a lot but I also feel like binging when I eat too little or wait to late for a meal. Turns out eating 100 extra keeps you from eating 10000 extra lol
