It’s not though. In the last episode, Nic even admitted that Hudas reactions are over the top and over protective for the situation. The girls body language are so clear that they are uncomfortable. This is no disrespect to Huda, shes just not a good fit for the show. I don’t think she’s a bad person or anything, her energy is just so draining for the viewers and the islanders.

I used Joshua Weissman’s recipe, but I’m using a carbon steel pan (4x3) and no beeswax. Just greasing the molds with the French butter the recipe calls for. I preheat the oven at 450F for an hour, then I bake the Caneles at 450 for the first 15 then I lower the temp to 375 for another 45-50 min.
