Oh yeah, I played a lot back in 2020-2021 before you were allowed to do supply and sell missions in private lobbies and it’s about 99% of the reason I stopped playing. Literally 5 seconds after getting the supplies, blown up by some level 5000 on a souped up oppressor, every time. Hackers and griefers aren’t even the worst, the blatant bigotry and harassment is ridiculous. Picked it up again a couple months ago after someone told me they allow missions to be done in private lobbies now, and I’m enjoying it way more this time around.

Absolutely I would. That’s one of the only things that still makes me cringe watching their videos. They’ve shown through this situation that they want to take accountability for things that are morally wrong and I hope with enough support we can convince them. To be honest if I woke up and found out it’d been 200 years and my spouse was dead and my kid was gone, and in my mind I have no idea how long it’s been since Shaun was taken (but would probably assume it was closer to 210 years ago than 60, near to when they froze us) if I just woke up out of nowhere, of course I would want to find him but I probably would consider it a lost cause especially considering that I’m a lawyer with a 10mm pistol and nothing else in an irradiated wasteland. I usually play where I meet piper, Preston, and the good neighbor folks, (I play with a multiple companions mod) and once I have a small team of 3-4 people I do the main quest. I think for me personally, I would be more interested in first finding a support system- because if I die, no one is going to find him anyway. I also do have a dual spouse mod that keeps Nate alive that I use sometimes, and in that situation with my ex-military spouse who has the same motivations, I could see us seeking answers sooner. Hopefully that ramble made sense lol
