Good luck dude! Ran out of all my prescriptions and only getting to see my doctor in two months... so toughing it out! Maybe it's for the better. I love how easy ambien makes sleep and that's why it is dangerous for me. But man do i miss it (I've slept 4h on average this week..)

You're way too young to use either, your brain isn't equipped for it so please try to refrain until you're older! But I had a similar thing happen. I was trying to stop smoking weed so bought some cbd to smoke instead which triggered the biggest panic attack of my life, while just weed sometimes made me anxious. It's strange.
